NOVELTY - Preparing grapheme-rubber complex material comprises: (1) preparing masterbatch mixture by preparing modified graphene oxide solution by sonicating graphene oxide powder and water at 25-100 degrees C and 500-1500 W power for 15 minutes to 2 hours, where the content of graphene oxide in graphene oxide aqueous solution is 1-10 mg/ml, adding gamma -aminopropyl triethoxysilane, diluting with deionized water to concentration of 0.5-2% KH-550 aqueous solution, adding the graphene oxide aqueous solution to KH-550 aqueous solution to form mixed solution, sonicating mixture at room temperature for 10-30 minutes. USE - The method is useful for preparing grapheme-rubber complex material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material, simple, economical and environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing grapheme-rubber complex material comprises: (1) preparing masterbatch mixture by preparing modified graphene oxide solution by sonicating graphene oxide powder and water at 25-100 degrees C and 500-1500 W power for 15 minutes to 2 hours, where the content of graphene oxide in graphene oxide aqueous solution is 1-10 mg/ml, adding gamma -aminopropyl triethoxysilane, diluting with deionized water to concentration of 0.5-2% KH-550 aqueous solution, adding the graphene oxide aqueous solution to KH-550 aqueous solution to form a mixed solution, sonicating mixture at room temperature for 10-30 minutes, placing the mixture in a constant temperature water bath at 20-70 degrees C for 12-24 hours to obtain modified graphene oxide aqueous solution, preparing white carbon black slurry by setting the quality parts of water and silica mixing, treating with a high-speed disperser to obtain a uniformly dispersed, concentrating to 20-30% silica aqueous dispersion, using of all-round planetary ball mill treatment of silica dispersion for 4-6 hours to obtain white carbon black slurry, preparing masterbatch mixture by mixing of modified graphene aqueous solution and 200 g natural latex with white carbon black slurry, stirring mechanically for 5-30 minutes to obtain mixed slurry, treating 30 g with 750 W ultrasonic power for 5 minutes, adding 20% Si69 (silane coupling agent) aqueous solution to mixed slurry to obtain masterbatch mixture; (2) preparing masterbatch by adjusting surface temperature of hot plate to 150 degrees C with injection speed of nozzle to 15 m/second, discharge flow rate of nozzle to 3 l/hour, adjusting distance of nozzle from hot plate horizontal distance is 100 mm, spraying masterbatch mixture from sprayer to surface of the hot plate after demolition of droplets and splash micro dispersion, subjecting aqueous dispersion of white carbon black in masterbatch mixture to crushing and dispersing to cause the moisture in white carbon black aqueous dispersion to instantly evaporate under the action of high temperature air cushion of the high temperature plate, carrying out high temperature plate shows formation of masterbatch, evaporating moisture from aqueous silica dispersion solidifies the microscopic dispersion of silica and natural latex, preventing aggregation process of white carbon black under the action of high temperature and basic components of natural latex volatilize to avoid problem of deterioration of the quality of the rubber caused by the acid flocculation method; and (3) preparing complex material by scraping scraper masterbatch on the open mill plasticizing to obtain sheet masterbatch, cutting of sheet metal masterbatch into a set size block masterbatch, where to facilitate, mixing and prevent mother plastic stress is too large damage to machine, mixing of 1.8 g zinc oxide, 1.8 g SAD, 1.8 g antioxidant 4020, 1.24 g accelerator D, 1.15 g accelerator CZ and 0.96 g S dubbed small material, adjusting mixer's initial temperature to 90 degrees C with initial speed of 90 rotations/minute, adding 2/3 of step (2) masterbatch, mixing for 40 seconds, adding remaining 1/3 of masterbatch into the mixer to obtain mixed material, mixing for 40 seconds with mention plug 2 seconds, heating to 120 degrees C, mixing at 100 rotations/minute for 140 seconds after lifting bolt 2 seconds, mixing at 90 rotations/minute, heating at 145 degrees C with rubber mixing for 1 minutes, heating to 147 degrees C to obtain rubber mix, where the total time of mixing is not greater than 6 minutes, passing of 165 g mix, 1.29 g accelerator CZ and 1.1 g S into the roll to adjust for the roll, opening mill hit the triangle bag for 4 times, where the hit the triangular package after mixing the tablet into a set thickness and placing in room temperature for 16 hours to obtain complex material.
