NOVELTY - An anode material comprises 85-92 pts. wt. lithium-cobalt-nickel-manganese oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. boron fiber, 2-3 pts. wt. silicon nitride, 0.4-0.8 pt. wt. activated graphene, 0.6-1.3 pts. wt. Ketjen Black (RTM: electroconductive carbon black), 2-4 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 0.5-1 pt. wt. ethylenebis(stearamide), 1.2-1.8 pts. wt. chlorinated polyethylene, and 0.4-0.6 pt. wt. fatty acid stabilizer. USE - Anode material is used for lithium ion batteries (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The anode material has excellent low-temperature property and cycle performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of anode material; and (2) lithium ion battery comprising an electrolyte comprising 3-8 pts. wt. lithium hexafluorophosphate, 42-60 pts. wt. diethyl carbonate, 12-20 pts. wt. propylene carbonate, 10-18 pts. wt. ethylene carbonate, 7-14 pts. wt. dipropyl carbonate, 9-16 pts. wt. ethyl formate, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. graphene, and 0.4-0.6 pt. wt. additive (A) comprising 10-18 pts. wt. tributyrin and 2-3 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene copolymer.
