NOVELTY - Preparing heating tile comprises (i) after the tiles are unpacked by a unpacker, washing and blow-drying; (ii) after mixing graphene or functionalized graphene with a water-based epoxy resin in stirred tank, performing jet dispersion in a jet disperser, and performing centrifugal purification through a to obtain a heat-generating coating; (iii) spray-attaching heat-generating coating to tile by electrostatic spray head to form heat-generating coating, and curing heat-generating coating by a light curing machine to obtain a tile coated with heat-generating coating; (iv) introducing conductive material into surface of the tile coated with heat-generating coating through a mask coater to form a conductive path to form a tile introduced into wiring layer; and (v) after the protective layer coating is sprayed on ceramic tile introducing wiring layer through electrostatic spray head to form protective layer and curing protective layer with a light curing machine. USE - The method is useful for preparing heating tile. ADVANTAGE - The method: produces the heating tile, which is easy to apply, does not occupy floor height; has flame-retardant, no thermal breakdown, low voltage driving and can generates heat.
