NOVELTY - Graphene-containing plate finish paint comprises 35-55 pts. wt. aqueous resin, 13-25 pts. wt. plant fiber, 0.3-2.5 pts. wt. ethylene glycol, 8.5-23 pts. wt. peach kernel powder, 20-30 pts. wt. modified nano-graphene, 10-22 pts. wt. ion-adsorbed rare earth ore, 10-15 pts. wt. nano-zinc oxide, 10-17 pts. wt. modified nano-silica, 9-15 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide modified by nano-silver ion, 5-12 pts. wt. nano-montmorillonite, 5-10 pts. wt. alkali aluminum chloride, 6.5-11 pts. wt. carbon nanotube, 4-10 pts. wt. rare earth, 1-3.5 pts. wt. thickening agent, 1-3.5 pts. wt. curing agent, 2-5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent and 10-45 pts. wt. pure water. USE - The graphene-containing plate finish paint is useful for surface coating for forming graphene composite coating on solid wood panel, wood-based panel and/or plywood. ADVANTAGE - The paint is environment-friendly, has flame-retardant, reduces the generation of harmful substances, and has better bonding strength with aqueous resins, and increases medicinal health, has no irritation, and no safety hazards, has good antibacterial properties, good film-forming properties, improved strength, more wear-resistant, long service life, good flame retardancy, weather resistance, and mildew resistance, and is suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for: a method for preparing the paint, comprising (i) adding peach kernel powder to 75 wt.% ethanol, uniformly stirring at 55 degrees C and 550 rotations/minute, and adding modified nano-silica, uniformly mixing, adding pure water, rare earth, thickening agent, curing agent and antifoaming agent, and uniformly mixing and stirring; (ii) mixing and stirring obtained materials with nano-montmorillonite and alkali aluminum chloride, and uniformly dispersing; (iii) mixing obtained material with ion-adsorption rare earth ore, nano-zinc oxide, and nano-silver ion modified nano-titanium dioxide, and uniformly dispersing; and (iv) mixing obtained material with modified nano-graphene, carbon nanotube, and uniformly stirring, and dispersing, and adding aqueous resin, plant fiber, and 0.3-2.5 parts of ethylene glycol, mixing and stirring, and uniformly dispersing, so the viscosity is 1650-2050 mPa/second, the pH is 8.3-8.7.
