▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The preparation method of porous co-doped graphene using microwave involves preparing graphite into graphene oxide powder, uniformly mixing graphene oxide powder, nitrogen-containing compound and sulfur-containing compound in a mass ratio of 1:0.1-1:0.1-1 and then grinding to obtain porous co-doped graphene precursor and performing thermal expansion reaction on precursor under the protection inert gas using high-temperature microwave. USE - The method is useful for preparing porous co-doped graphene, which is useful in supercapacitor, biosensor, air battery and fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical preparation of porous co-doped graphene using microwave with high yield and less energy consumption and without toxic gas emission. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for porous co-doped graphene prepared by the method.
