NOVELTY - A coated rubber compound comprises epoxidized triglyceride, acrylic acid, ammonium molybdate, sulfur, polyoxypropylene glycol, lauryldimethylamine oxide, polyaspartic acid, graphene oxide, N-hydroxysuccinimide, 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride, p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, styrene, antioxidant, potassium persulfate, lanthanum chloride, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, carbon fiber, aqueous ammonia, natural rubber, rosin and light calcium carbonate. USE - Coated rubber compound is used for rosin tackifying printing roller. ADVANTAGE - The coated rubber compound has improved stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A coated rubber compound comprises 4-7 pts. wt. epoxidized triglyceride, 1-2 pts. wt. acrylic acid, 2-3 pts. wt. ammonium molybdate, 0.8-1 pt. wt. sulfur, 4-5 pts. wt. polyoxypropylene glycol, 0.5-1 pt. wt. lauryldimethylamine oxide, 0.8-1 pt. wt. polyaspartic acid, 10-14 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 6-7 pts. wt. N-hydroxysuccinimide, 10-12 pts. wt. 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride, 7-9 pts. wt. p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, 30-40 pts. wt. styrene, 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. potassium persulfate, 0.3-0.4 pt. wt. lanthanum chloride, 2-3 pts. wt. ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, 1.7-2 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 20-25% concentration of 50-67 pts. wt. aqueous ammonia, 100-130 pts. wt. natural rubber, 5-7 pts. wt. rosin and 17-20 pts. wt. light calcium carbonate.
