▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Micro-needle patch conductive electrode comprises conductive layer (1). The bottom end of the conductor layer is fixedly connected with polymer micro-needle structure (2). USE - Micro-needle patch conductive electrode for use in a flexible electronic field i.e. flexible wearable device, for applying flexible material to a skin of a user. ADVANTAGE - The micro-needle patch conductive electrode uses conductive layer as an electrode layer to collect signals, and conductive layer uses silica gel as base material, electrode is attached to flexible silica gel base material, which better adhere to the skin. The micro-needle patch conductive electrode uses a microneedle patch for conductive enhancement, and is compounded on a flexible material base material, which effectively reduce noise, because the tip of the microneedle is generally only tens of microns in thickness, is thinner than a hair strand, which enters the epidermis without touching the nerves without damage. The epidermis is closed without damage, when the microneedle patch is taken away, and passes through interference of epidermis to get closer to the nerves and enhance signal collection. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows schematic view of a micro-needle patch structure. Conductive layer (1) Polymer micro-needle structure (2)
