NOVELTY - High-hardness self-lubricating nickel-tungsten-phosphorus composite electroplating solution comprises 180-220 g/L soluble nickel compound, 15-20 g/L soluble phosphorus compound, 20-40 g /L soluble tungsten compound, 5-20g /L self-lubricating particles, 20-50 g /L spherical ceramic micropowder, 0.1-0.3 g /L additive, 80-100 g/L complexing agent and balance water. The self-lubricating particles comprise carbon fiber graphene and/or graphite. The spherical ceramic micropowder comprises aluminum oxide, silicon carbide and/or zirconium oxide. USE - The high-hardness self-lubricating nickel-tungsten-phosphorus composite plating solution is used in medicine industry, printing industry, chemical industry, food industry, aerospace, automobile industry or petroleum equipment for preparing wearable corrosion resistant workpiece (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high-hardness self-lubricating nickel-tungsten-phosphorus composite electroplating liquid has excellent wear-resisting property, self lubricating property and anti-corrosion performance.
