NOVELTY - Method for preparing a high-dispersion graphene reinforced epoxy resin-based composite material, involves (i) sucking pure epoxy resin into a graphene sponge porous structure by a negative pressure method through a vacuum filling method to obtain a graphene-reinforced epoxy resin-based composite precursor, (ii) using graphene sponge pre-filled with epoxy resin as a precursor, stirring and ultrasonically treating the graphene sponge filled with epoxy resin by using a shearing force to obtain graphene-filled epoxy resin slurry, and uniformly mixing the slurry with a pure epoxy resin matrix to obtain high-dispersion graphene reinforced epoxy resin-based composite material slurry, and (iii) injecting the composite material slurry into a mold, performing vacuum defoaming, and controlling the temperature field to meet the curing requirement and solidifying to obtain the composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing a high-dispersion graphene reinforced epoxy resin-based composite material, which is useful for nano-filling. ADVANTAGE - The method highly disperses the graphene into the epoxy resin matrix, and expands its the application range, blends a graphene-filled epoxy resin slurry with any proportion of graphene-reinforced epoxy high-temperature resin composite material, improves the temperature resistance and mechanical properties of the epoxy resin, and increases the advantages of the epoxy resin matrix composite material in the application field.
