▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The system has an insulator (704) bonded to a substrate (702). A graphene layer (706) is bonded to the insulator. A first electrical contact (712) is bonded over a first portion (710) of the graphene layer and a second electrical contact is bonded over a second portion (714) of the graphene layer. The graphene layer is coupled between the first and second electrical contacts. The graphene layer receives a DC bias voltage between the first electrical contact and the second electrical contact. The graphene layer radiates radio frequency (RF) energy in response to pulsed burst of electrons. USE - Solid state nanoscale RF emitter system. ADVANTAGE - The system has an emitter for generating stability of highly output signal. The system fabricates multiple layer structures to improve capability for rapid scale-up for mass production of large area devices. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view of a solid state nanoscale emitter comprising photoelectric elements.
