▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Warm antibacterial antistatic fabric is woven from blended cotton, where the raw material of the blended cotton includes 40-80 pts. wt. of cotton fiber, 10-30 pts. wt. of wool fiber, 3-5 pts. wt. of silver fiber, 5-15 pts. wt. of polyamide micron fiber or graphene polyester fiber. USE - Warm antibacterial antistatic fabric. ADVANTAGE - The warm antibacterial antistatic fabric has cotton fiber and wool fiber that improves the warmth retention of the fabric. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing warm antibacterial antistatic fabric, which involves: (A) melting and mixing 20-30 pts. wt. of non-isocyanate polyurethane with 5-8 pts. wt. of epoxy acrylate, then adding 0.5-2 pts. wt. of nano graphene particles and mixing uniformly; (B) spinning to obtain polyamide micron fiber, 5-15 pts. wt. of polyamide micron fiber, 10-30 pts. wt. of wool fiber and 3-5 pts. wt. of silver fiber are spun to obtain a mixed yarn core; (C) winding 40-80 pts. wt. of cotton fiber on the outer surface of the mixed yarn core to obtain a blended cotton one; (D) spinning 5-15 pts. wt. graphene polyester fiber, 10-30 pts. wt. wool fiber and 3-5 pts. wt. silver fiber to obtain a mixed yarn core; and (E) winding 40-80 pts. wt. of cotton fiber are wound on the outer surface of the mixed yarn core to obtain the second cotton blend, and weave-blending cotton first and blended cotton two into fabrics.
