NOVELTY - The method involves providing the tin powder with components by weight namely silver, tin, nano titanium particles, and graphene. The thixotropic agent, active agent, rosin and organic solvent are weighed in proportion with a tool or weighing device. After the preparation of the solder paste raw materials is completed, the rosin and organic solvent are added to the reaction vessel to increase temperature and continue to stir until it is completely melted. The tin powder is prepared. The required silver powder, tin powder, nano-titanium particles and graphene are weighed and mixed them evenly with a vacuum mixer to make tin powder. After the tin powder is prepared, tin powder is sealed and stored for later use. The flux paste prepared is added to tin powder prepared, stirred and mixed thoroughly to prepare solder paste, and the prepared solder paste is stored in a low-temperature refrigeration. The solder paste is placed in the reheat treatment equipment to be used after reheating. USE - Method for preparing solder paste for welding stainless steel and brass. ADVANTAGE - The method is configured to increase surface area of inner wall of temperature returning barrel and improve temperature return efficiency.
