NOVELTY - Detection of acrylamide concentration involves detecting acrylamide concentration in a sample by subjecting sample to differential pulse voltammetry using three-electrode system. The working electrode of three-electrode system comprises aminated graphene and single-stranded deoxyribonucleic acid-modified electrode. USE - Detection of acrylamide concentration (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables detection of acrylamide concentration with high accuracy and acrylamide detection limit of 5.1x 10-8 mol/L.
