NOVELTY - Acrylate rubber composition, comprises 100 pts. wt. acrylate rubber, 20-40 pts. wt. fluororubber, 3-5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-3 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 1-3 pts. wt. auxiliary accelerator, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant and 35-80 pts. wt. filler, where the acrylate rubber contains 10-30 wt.% comb-type acrylate rubber. USE - The acrylate rubber composition is useful in oil seal, sealing pad and/or hose (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The rubber has excellent oil resistance, excellent thermal conductivity and can be used for a long time at high temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the rubber, comprising (1) adding acrylate rubber, fluorine rubber, co-accelerator, filler, coupling agent, antioxidant and vulcanizing agent into the mixing equipment for mixing to obtain a mixed rubber, and (2) vulcanizing the mixed rubber in one stage on a flat vulcanizer, and vulcanizing in two stages in an oven to obtain the acrylate rubber; and (2) acrylate rubber, obtained by the method as mentioned above.
