▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Metal nanoparticle loaded graphene aerogel high-elastic composite material comprises 10-20 wt.% metal nano particles and reducing graphene oxide aerogel (remaining amount). The composite material is prepared by using graphene oxide dispersion liquid and metal chloride powder as raw material and oxidized graphene aerogel forming preparation-transition metal salt solution soaking-wet chemical reduction-freeze drying. The mass ratio of the oxidation graphene and the metal chloride powder is 20:1-1:2. The reducing agent in the wet chemical reduction is hydrazine hydrate, hydroiodic acid, vitamin C. The mass ratio of the graphene and the reducing agent is 5:1-1:5. The metal chloride powder is iron chloride, ferrous chloride, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, titanium trichloride, titanium tetrachloride, copper chloride and magnesium chloride. USE - The metal nano particle loaded graphene aerogel high-elastic composite material is useful in zinc-air battery, preferably flexible sensing, energy storage, sound-absorbing and heat insulation fields. ADVANTAGE - The metal nano-particle loaded graphene aerogel high-elastic composite material has controllable structure, low density, good mechanical compression performance and high rebound performance, simple preparation technique, strong controllability, low cost, and suitable for mass production.
