▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Anticorrosive aqueous epoxy coating, comprises water-based epoxy resin, a curing agent and a filler. The filler is modified graphene oxide modified with functional groups of phytic acid and divalent zinc ions. USE - Anticorrosive aqueous epoxy coating based on divalent zinc ion and phytic acid modified graphene oxide ADVANTAGE - The anti-corrosion aqueous epoxy coating improves the dispersibility of graphene oxide in the aqueous epoxy coating, and significantly enhances the corrosion resistance of coatings in seawater environments. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the anticorrosive aqueous epoxy coating, which involves: obtaining a filler by electrostatic self-assembly of phytic acid, zinc nitrate hexahydrate and graphene oxide, then adding the filler and a curing agent into aqueous epoxy resin according to a proportion, uniformly mixing, and then coating on a low alloy steel substrate.
