NOVELTY - The plate has a base (1) located below a plate main body (2), and a lifting device (3) fixedly equipped on the base and the plate main body. A first semicircular block is arranged close to one side of an electric heating core and welded with a second semicircular block. A rectangular radiating plate is equidistantly provided with a third semicircular block. The radiating plate has a graphene layer set between gaps and an insulating layer filling the gaps. A fixing seat (25) is provided at bottom of the radiating plate and is fixed in bottom of a wall of the main body. USE - Graphene carbon crystal heating plate. ADVANTAGE - The heating plate is economical and practical. The heating plate is manufactured such that distance between the plate main body and the base can be adjusted according to actual needs, thus bringing great convenience to users and enhancing heating effect.
