NOVELTY - Non-stick coating material containing absorbable iron, iodine and potassium elements, comprises 6-8 pts. wt. graphene powder, 16-18 pts. wt. modified silica, 12-14 pts. wt. polyimide, 9-10 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, 34-36 pts. wt. vinyltriethoxysilane, 7-8 pts. wt. fluorosilicone oil and additives. The modified silica is obtained by hydrolyzing ortho-silicic acid in deionized water. The additive comprises 26-28 pts. wt. tetrabutyl titanate, 12-18 pts. wt. iron sulfate, 3-4 pts. wt. potassium iodide, 6-8 pts. wt. graphite powder and 60-65 pts. wt. aqueous solution. USE - Non-stick coating material containing absorbable iron, iodine and potassium elements. ADVANTAGE - The non-stick coating material containing absorbable iron, iodine and potassium elements where iron, iodine and potassium elements are slowly released into cooked food to supplement the above trace elements for human body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Non-stick coating material containing absorbable iron, iodine and potassium elements, comprises 6-8 pts. wt. graphene powder, 16-18 pts. wt. modified silica, 12-14 pts. wt. polyimide, 9-10 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, 34-36 pts. wt. vinyltriethoxysilane, 7-8 pts. wt. fluorosilicone oil and additives. The modified silica is obtained by hydrolyzing ortho-silicic acid in deionized water. The additive comprises 26-28 pts. wt. tetrabutyl titanate, 12-18 pts. wt. iron sulfate, 3-4 pts. wt. potassium iodide, 6-8 pts. wt. graphite powder and 60-65 pts. wt. aqueous solution of pH 8, mixed in ball mill for 1-2 hours. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) method for preparing modified silica, which involves taking orthosilicate and deionized water in 1: 3-5 ratio, adding 10 wt.% mixture of glacial acetic acid and ethyl orthosilicate, 5 wt.% carbon powder; mixing uniformly for hydrolysis reaction; applying ultrasonic wave of 200-250 kiloHertz frequency for 1 minute every 20 minutes to the reaction system; ultra-filtering the reaction system to obtain solid powder and finally calcining the solid powder under oxygen condition to remove carbon powder to obtain modified silica; and (2) method for preparing non-stick coating material, which involves weighing tetrabutyl titanate, ferric sulfate, potassium iodide, graphite powder and 50-70% aqueous ethanol solution of titanate according to proportion where the fineness of graphite powder is not more than 100 meshes; weighing aqueous ethanol solution into a transparent vessel and adding sodium carbonate to adjust pH of solution to 8; adding tetrabutyl titanate, ferric sulfate, potassium iodide and graphite powder to the solution, stirring uniformly; finally placing the transparent container in nitrogen atmosphere and irradiating with gamma rays where radiation source of gamma ray is cobalt-60 or caesium-137 in radiation dose of 100-120kilogray; treating the mixture in frequency of 200-250kiloHertz for 2-3minutes, ball milling the mixture for 1-2hours to obtain the product.
