NOVELTY - A nanosheet composite coating comprises 0.02-0.03 pts. wt. two-dimensional nanosheets, 0.08-0.12 pts. wt. urushiol, 2-3 pts. wt. organic solvents, 8-12 pts. wt. epoxy resin, and 6-10 pts. wt. curing agent. The two-dimensional nanosheets, urushiol, and organic solvent are mixed and ultrasonically processed to form a nanosheet dispersion for preparing nanosheet composite coatings. USE - Nanosheet composite coating used for preventing metal corrosion (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanosheet composite coating has excellent physical barrier effect, and effectively extends the path of corrosive media into the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) Preparation of nanosheet composite coating, which involves mixing the two-dimensional nanosheets, urushiol and xylene, ultrasonically treating for 3.5-4.5 hours to obtain nano dispersion, adding epoxy resin into the nano dispersion liquid and stirring and mixing uniformly, adding curing agent and stirring, and defoaming for 12-18 minutes, and (2) Use of the nanocomposite coating in metal anticorrosion.
