NOVELTY - Composite coating comprises 10-12 pts. wt. deionized water, 80-90 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin, 15-20 pts. wt. urea-formaldehyde resin, 5-8 pts. wt. graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. environmental protection cosolvent, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene special dispersant, 1-3 pts. wt. photoinitiator, 0.4-0.8 pts. wt. nano antibacterial agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. anti-flash rust additive, 2-5 pts. wt. filler, and 10-15 pts. wt. zinc powder. USE - Used as composite coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: is environmentally-friendly; contains special dispersant for epoxy resin and grapheme, which can inhibit agglomeration of graphene powder and improve stability; contains graphene slurry, which improves dispersibility of graphene and reduces use of zinc powder; has better antibacterial, anti-corrosion and anti-coating properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing composite coating, comprising (i) adding graphene to deionized water, adding graphene special dispersant to disperse evenly at low speed in dispersion tank, dispersing evenly at high speed, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 2-3 hours, and grinding to fineness of less than 5 um by nano sand mill to obtain aqueous graphene dispersion, and (ii) adding aqueous epoxy resin and urea-formaldehyde resin to environmentally friendly co-solvent and stirring until they are fully dissolved, grinding and dispersing in high-speed grinding machine at 800-1200 revolutions/minute for 10-20 minutes, and adjusting speed to 300-500 revolutions/minute, adding photoinitiator, nano antibacterial agent, defoaming agent, anti-flash rust aid, filler, and zinc powder in sequence while stirring, continue stirring for 20-30 minutes, and finally evaporate solvent.
