NOVELTY - Crosslinked graphene insulating plate comprises 1-2 pts. wt. divinylbenzene, 0.8-1 pts. wt. ethylene bis stearamide, 16-20 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium citrate, 4-5 pts. wt. phosphocellulose, 2-4 pts. wt. diethylene glycol dibenzoate, 110-120 pts. wt. styrene, 2-4 pts. wt. sodium peroxide and 20-30 pts. wt. sol dispersion. USE - Used as crosslinked graphene insulating plate. ADVANTAGE - The plate: improve the dispersion compatibility of the fiber graphene between the polystyrene, and improve the mechanical strength of the finished sheet. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing crosslinked graphene insulating plate comprising (i) adding cellulose phosphate into 6-8 times its weight of dimethylformamide, stirring to obtain a fiber amide solution, (ii) adding graphene into 17-20 times its weight of 96-98% sulfuric acid solution, heating at 50-60 degrees C, ultrasonicating for 2-3 hours, filtering, washing the precipitate with water, drying at room temperature, mixing with ethylene bis stearamide, adding mixture into 10-14 times the weight of deionized water and ultrasonicating for 6-9 minutes to obtain graphene amide solution, (iii) removing fibrin solution, mixing graphene amide solution, stirring, adding divinylbenzene, stirring at 65-70 degrees C for 10-14 minutes to obtain cross-linked composite amide solution, (iv) adding sodium peroxide into 20-26 times its weight of deionized water and stirring, (v) mixing styrene, sodium citrate, adding into the deionized water 20-30 times its weight of the mixture, stirring, adding into the reaction kettle, passing nitrogen gas, adjusting the temperature of the reactor to 70-75 degrees C, adding crosslinked complex amide solution, stirring, adding sodium peroxide solution, stirring for 4-5 hours, heating and discharging to obtain crosslinked polystyrene solution, and (vi) mixing cross-linked polystyrene solution with sol dispersion, stirring, filtering, washing the precipitate with water, drying at room temperature, mixing with remaining raw materials, stirring, adding into the extruder, melt extruding and then cooling to obtain final product.
