The metal-based graphene overlay solder comprises tubular wrapper material and filler powder. The tubular wrapper material is low carbon steel or low alloy steel. The filler powder includes iron-based graphene powder, ceramic particles, chromium and nickel. USE - Method for metal-based graphene composite solder resurface welding. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Metal-based graphene composite solder resurface welding involves melting hard layer metal by graphite rod or carbon rod electrode, contacting with pressure roller in multi-layer surfacing solder, performing hard surface overlaying welding, and performing pattern surfacing on hard surface layer of metal-based graphene composite solder.
