▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The detector has a substrate (4) fixed on a plane antenna (3), where the substrate is made of silicon carbide or silicon. The plane antenna and a graphite allylprodine positive-intrinsic-negative (PIN) junction are provided with a gap, where the plane antenna is a papilionaceous antenna. A P-region (2) and an N-region (7) of the graphene PIN junction are respectively provided with two ohm contact electrodes (1, 6) that are made of a metal material. USE - Antenna integrated graphite allylprodine positive-intrinsic-negative (PIN) junction terahertz detector. ADVANTAGE - The detector improves performance of a wave terahertz detector, adaptability of the planar antenna and detecting ability of a weak terahertz signal, and has fast response speed and simple manufacturing process, and is inexpensive.
