▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Processing bio-based environmentally friendly polyurethane foam material comprises (i) preparing material, (ii) dispersing polyethyleneimine complex in ethanol to obtain solution with a concentration of 20-25 wt.%, coating on glass substrate, purging with nitrogen, placing in nitrogen atmosphere for 18-24 hours, scraping and grinding to obtain foaming agent, and (iii) sequentially adding bio-oil-derived polyols, limonene polyol, tin catalyst, foam stabilizer and blowing agent into container, mixing at high speed, adding isocyanate, stirring at high speed, naturally foaming, and curing to obtain polyurethane foam. USE - The method is useful in automobile decoration, packaging, building and furniture buffer. ADVANTAGE - The method provides bio-based environment-friendly polyurethane foam material with improved flame retardance and quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for polyurethane foam material prepared by the above-mentioned processing method.
