NOVELTY - Preparing hollow graphene fiber comprises (a) centrifuging the large diameter graphene oxide solution and taking the lower centrifugal liquid to obtain graphene oxide spinning raw liquid, (b) injecting graphene oxide spinning stock solution into outer core of a coaxial needle, tying the silk fiber to the collecting roller through the inner core of the needle, turning on the collecting roller, (c) passing the graphene oxide spinning stock solution through the outer core of the coaxial needle, coating on the outer layer of the silk fiber, and under the traction of the silk fiber, passing through the coagulation bath liquid, winding in the collecting roller, obtaining the composite fiber coated with continuous graphene oxide coating silk (Silk-GO) fiber, and (d) chemically reducing the prepared Silk-GO composite fiber with acid. USE - The method is useful for preparing hollow graphene fiber. ADVANTAGE - The hollow graphene fiber has low production cost, simple process, adjustable wall thickness, and can continuously produce the hollow fiber.
