▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Porous alloys and quantum dots mixed reinforced metal base composite material comprises 2-10% porous high-entropy alloy, 0.5-3% graphene quantum dots, 3-8% aluminum, 5-12% lithium, magnesium (balance), and impurity elements less than 0.02% in total. The porous high-entropy alloy is an equimolar ratio CoCrFeNiAl porous high-entropy alloy with a particle size of 50-200 μm. The surface has a porosity of 10-30%, the pore diameter is less than or equal to 500 nm, and the pore depth is less than 5 μm. The diameter of described graphene quantum dot is less than or equal to 100 nm, and sheet thickness is less than 10 nm. USE - Used as porous alloy and quantum dot mixed reinforced metal-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The porous high-entropy alloy and graphene quantum dot as the enhanced phase are mixed and doped, which improves the bonding force between the magnesium-lithium alloy substrate and the reinforced phase, and effectively improves the mechanical property of the porous alloy and quantum dot mixed reinforced metal-based composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation method of porous alloy and quantum dot mixed reinforced metal-based composite material.
