▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A flux-cored welding wire comprises 6.5 %mass magnesium powder, 35 %mass iron powder, 2.0 %mass aluminum powder, 11.5 %mass chromium powder, 3.0 %mass vanadium powder, 0.05 %mass fluorinated graphene and 41.95 %mass titanium carbide. USE - Flux-cored welding wire for improving welding performance of welding material. ADVANTAGE - The droplet transition period of the welding wire is prolonged, the metallurgical reaction behavior is intensified, the self-protection effect of the welding wire is optimized, and the splash rate is reduced. The effect on the molten tank is strengthened, the slag splashing behavior is reduced, and the deposition efficiency is improved, and has certain influence on macroscopic formation of weld, and enhances the wear resistance and oxidation resistance. The welding wire is prevented from getting wet and the generation of pores is reduced. The method enables refining grains, improving weld hardness and ensuring impact toughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of flux-cored wire for improving welding performance, which involves mixing the above-mentioned raw materials, stirring evenly, ultrasonically cleaning the steel strip at 20-40degrees Celsius for 180-300 seconds, drying the obtained medicinal powder at 200degreesC to obtain dry mixture, placing the dried powder in powder feeding container of flux-cored wire manufacturing machine, utilizing rolling and drawing equipment to draw welding wire to specified size, and the copper-plating the manufactured wire to prevent corrosion. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the flux-cored welding wire.
