NOVELTY - The device has an evaporation unit (1), a condensing unit and a power generating unit. The evaporation unit is placed in the water containing groove (5) and is vertically provided with a supporting shell (6) corresponding to the upper portion of the water containing groove. The cold end of the heat pipe is inserted into the water for evaporation. The power generating unit includes several semiconductor refrigerating sheets (3) and a storage battery (4). The semiconductor refrigerating sheet is installed on the straight plate surface of the supporting shell. The semiconductor refrigerating sheets and the storage battery are connected in series to form a storage loop. The heat resistance layer is extruded polystyrene (XPS) heat preservation plate or expandable polystyrene (EPS) heat preservation plate. The carbon-based light absorbing material is carbon black, graphite, or graphene, and the plasmonium metal material is gold, silver, or cuprous oxide. USE - Solar seawater desalting device for realizing freshwater-salt-electricity co-production. ADVANTAGE - The device heats the interface and strengthens the heat exchange effect. The tri-generation of freshwater, salt and electricity is realized.
