▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Self-limiting temperature heating film comprises a lead, a metal electrode, a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) film layer and an insulating layer. The metal electrode is inserted and attached on the PTC film layer outside attached with an insulating layer. The insulating film layer at one side of the electrode is a first insulating film layer and the insulating film layer at one side of the PTC film layer is a second insulating film layer. The lead is connected with the electrode for leading out the electrical property. The PTC film layer is a conductive flame retardant film layer with the PTC transition temperature of 60-100degrees Celsius. The electrode is uniformly etched with holes, the equivalent diameter of the hole is 500-1000 m. USE - The self-limiting temperature heating film is useful for lithium battery pack (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The self-limiting temperature heating film: can provide good contact; has improved the mechanical and electrical reliability; and production method does not contain additional process and is simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing self-limiting temperature heating film, comprising (i) attaching the metal foil to the first insulating film, etching the metal foil into the finger electrode with hole by etching process and coarsening the electrode; (ii) placing the PTC film layer with the electrode on the first insulating film by means of ink coating or film blowing and hot pressing; (iii) welding lead on the finger-inserting electrode; and (iv) attaching a second insulating film layer on one side of the PTC film layer.
