NOVELTY - A highly elastic and wear-resistant modified nitrile rubber material contains 75-80 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 26-30 pts. wt. ethylene-propylene diene monomer rubber, 9-12 pts. wt. chloroprene rubber, 22-26 pts. wt. modified graphene, 11-14 pts. wt. diatomite, 15-18 pts. wt. talcum powder, 7-10 pts. wt. mica powder, 6-9 pts. wt. fast extruding black (carbon black N550), 1.8-2.2 pts. wt. monoalkoxy titanate coupling agent, 4-7 pts. wt. 4,5-epoxy tetrahydrophthalate (EPS), 3-5 pts. wt. liquid coumarone, 1.1-1.5 pts. wt. sulfur powder, and 2.4-2.8 pts. wt. adipic acid (accelerant AA). USE - A highly elastic and wear-resistant modified nitrile rubber material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Process has reduced cost, and product has excellent wear resistance, impact resistance, excellent stability, high mechanical strength, enhanced tear resistance, improved degree of flexibility and plasticity, increased physical crosslinking point, and improved aging resistance and oxidation resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A highly elastic and wear-resistant modified nitrile rubber material contains 75-80 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 26-30 pts. wt. ethylene-propylene diene monomer rubber, 9-12 pts. wt. chloroprene rubber, 22-26 pts. wt. modified graphene, 11-14 pts. wt. diatomite, 15-18 pts. wt. talcum powder, 7-10 pts. wt. mica powder, 6-9 pts. wt. carbon black N550, 1.8-2.2 pts. wt. monoalkoxy titanate coupling agent, 4-7 pts. wt. EPS, 3-5 pts. wt. liquid coumarone, 1.1-1.5 pts. wt. sulfur powder, 2.4-2.8 pts. wt. accelerant AA, 1.7-2.1 pts. wt. zinc 2-mercaptobenzothiazole (accelerant MZ), 1.4-1.9 pts. wt. N-hydroxyl-phenyl-methyl-phenyl ketone (antioxidant D-50), 1.1-1.5 pts. wt. 2-mercaptobenzimidazole zinc salt (antioxidant MBZ), and 12-16 pts. wt. epoxidized soybean oil in which modified graphene is obtained by adding 110-120 pts. wt. of 96-98 wt.% concentrated sulfuric acid into reaction container, stirring at - 1-2 degrees C for 25-30 minutes having stirring speed of 12-15 rpm, adding 10-13 pts. wt. of 90-95 wt.% graphite powder having particle size of 20-25 mu m, 5-9 pts. wt. sodium nitrate, and 28-32 pts. wt. potassium permanganate into reaction container, stirring at 35-38 degrees C for 25-28 minutes under water bath condition, adding 480-500 pts. wt. deionized water, stirring at 96-98 degrees C for 17-20 minutes under water bath condition, continuously adding 16-20 pts. wt. of 30-34 wt.% concentrated hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) solution and 0.08-0.12 pt. wt. of 37-39 wt.% concentrated hydrogen chloride (HCl) solution to obtain reaction solution (A), adjusting pH to 6.9-7, drying to obtain graphene oxide, adding 2.2-2.5 pts. wt. graphene oxide into 850-880 pts. wt. deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing for 1.2-1.5 hours having frequency of 22-26 KHz and power of 980-1100 W to obtain 1.3-1.6 mg/ml graphene oxide solution, centrifuging for 4-8 minutes having rotational speed of 8000-8200 rpm to obtain reaction solution (B), adding 180-200 pts. wt. sodium deoxycholate into reaction solution (B), stirring for 35-40 minutes having stirring speed of 90-110 rpm, adding into 0.1-0.13 pt. wt. of 76-80 wt.% concentrated hydrazine hydrate solution, reacting at 80-84 degrees C for 11-14 hours under oil bath condition to obtain reaction solution (C), putting into vacuum filtration apparatus having nylon film material aperture of 0.2-0.24 mu m and vacuum pressure of 65-68 MPa, and filtering for 23-27 minutes. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of highly elastic and wear-resistant modified nitrile rubber material which involves preheating nitrile rubber, ethylene-propylene diene monomer rubber, and chloroprene rubber into mixer at 77-80 degrees C, stirring for 27-32 minutes having stirring speed of 225-230 rpm to obtain rubber main material, smelting into triangular bag for 5-8 times, continuously adding modified graphene, diatomite, talcum powder, mica powder, carbon black N550, and monoalkoxy titanate coupling agent, stirring for 20-23 minutes having stirring speed of 118-126 rpm to obtain mixed material (D), adding EPS, liquid coumarone, and epoxidized soybean oil into mixer containing mixed material (D), stirring for 20-22 minutes having stirring speed of 104-108 rpm, adding antioxidant D-50 and antioxidant MBZ, stirring for 15-20 minutes having stirring speed of 80-85 rpm, continuously adding sulfur powder, accelerant AA, and accelerant MZ, stirring for 12-18 minutes having stirring speed of 90-96 rpm, heating at 150-155 degrees C, mixing for 10-12 minutes, and cooling.
