▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene flame retardant gloves comprises (i) using the microcapsule coating and some flame retardants to prepare flame-retardant microcapsule powder, (ii) drying the polyester slice, graphene, the remaining flame retardant and the flame retardant microcapsules, and grinding the polyester slice to obtain polyester slice powder, stirring graphene powder, flame retardant, modifier, and flame retardant microcapsules in the polyester slice powder to prepare graphene polyester mixed flame retardant powder, (iii) extruding the mixed flame retardant powder and granulating to prepare modified graphene polyester flame retardant masterbatch, (iv) drying the flame-retardant masterbatch, heating and melting, and filtering and spinning into bundles to obtain a modified graphene polyester flame-retardant composite fiber, and (v) weaving the composite fiber into a graphene flame-retardant glove by knitting. USE - The method for preparing graphene flame retardant gloves is used as electric welding gloves, anti-arc gloves and other occasions requiring flame retardancy. ADVANTAGE - The method has multiple flame retardance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the graphene flame-retardant gloves prepared by above the method.
