NOVELTY - The FET has a flexible substrate that is provided with source/drain electrodes. The source and drain electrode of graphite alkene material is provided with a wrapping medium layer on the graphene material (1) through a zinc oxide nano-meter wire. The graphene material is used as the channel and the zinc oxide nano-wire is used as the gate electrode. USE - Graphene FET for flexible display device. ADVANTAGE - The graphene FET is featured with a good ductility and high mobility characteristic can be achieved. The reliability and the working speed of the device can be improved.
