NOVELTY - A graphite reinforced composite material (4) has single (411) or multiple graphene layer formed from highly graphitized graphene dispersion and substrate (43) where graphene layer is uniformly dispersed. USE - Graphite reinforced composite material for e.g. thermal grease, conductive glue, printing circuit plate, light emitting diode, LCD, solar battery, pressure sensor, surface acoustic wave filter, resonator, transistor, capacitor, transparent laser, UV laser, and/or DNA chip (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has perfect plane of single graphene layer and improved physical and chemical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphite reinforced composite material which involves dispersing highly graphitized graphene dispersion in solvent to form solution, adding dispersant, fully mixing to obtain single or multiple graphene layer, and mixing solution with substrate.
