▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacturing a polytetrafluoroethylene nanofiber film, comprises (i) mixing raw materials containing polytetrafluoroethylene, heat-conducting filler and polybutylene terephthalate at a specific temperature by using a double-screw extruder, and performing circular cutting processing, (ii) processing the obtained nanofiber precursor product into film material by rolling and then repeatedly washing by solvent, and (iii) annealing and shaping to obtain the final product. USE - The nano-fiber film is useful in electronic and electric field. ADVANTAGE - The nano-fiber film: is simple, environmentally friendly and suitable for large scale production; has staggered nano fiber structure, high heat conductivity coefficient, high mechanical property and low thermal expansion coefficient. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a polytetrafluoroethylene nanofiber film prepared by the above mentioned method.
