NOVELTY - Conductive hole comprises conductive layer provided on an inner surface of a conductive hole; where the conductive layer includes a reduced graphene oxide conductive layer; and the aspect ratio of the conductive hole is less than or equal to 1. USE - The conductive hole is useful in printed circuit board or integrated circuit (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The conductive hole: has different aspect ratio or different diameter, and has a larger aspect ratio or a smaller diameter at the nanometer level. The method: can realize the simultaneous preparation of drilling and forming the conductive layer in one step, has simple and rapid process, and extremely short preparation time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing of the conductive hole.
