▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An anticorrosive coating comprises 10-35 pts. wt. graphene oxide powder, 1-5 pts. wt. nano-zinc oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. fly ash, 0.1-2 pts. wt. aluminum silicate, 2-20 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, and 20-60 pts. wt. film-forming agent, which is a copolymer emulsion prepared using methyl methacrylate and ethyl acrylate. USE - The anticorrosive coating is useful for protecting cement-based building external wall (claimed) of houses and resisting corrosion of metal substrate or wood substrate. ADVANTAGE - The anticorrosive coating achieves excellent heat preservation of the wall, ensures good hydrophobic property, can effectively protect the outer wall of house in humid areas, especially in humid areas with acid rain weather, can be prepared by a method, which uses inexpensive and easy-to-obtain raw materials, and has high chemical activity, and excellent catalytic activity, photocatalytic activity, and UV radiation and sterilizing functions. The nano-zinc oxide has high solvent compatibility and fluidity. Aluminum silicate can achieve thickening effect, and improves the suspension of the coating component, thus preventing coating component settling, and improving the uniformity of coating component. The coating can effectively reflect the light and heat radiation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the anticorrosive coating, which involves: modifying (A) nano-zinc oxide and fly ash with silane coupling agent to obtain modified nano-zinc oxide and modified fly ash; modifying (B) graphene oxide using modified nano-zinc oxide and modified fly ash to obtain modified graphene oxide; and uniformly dispersing modified graphene oxide in film-forming agent, then adding aluminum silicate, and mixing.
