▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/waste polyurethane composite material comprises (i) mixing the graphene oxide with the three-component alcoholysis agent and the co-alcoholy agent, and ultrasonically oscillating for 1-5 hours to obtain a uniformly mixed mixture; (ii) adding the waste polyurethane foam into the reaction container, adding the mixed solution, stirring and reacting the reaction system for a specific of time to obtain the degradation product polyol; and (iii) foaming using the degradation product polyol. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/waste polyurethane composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material is environment-friendly and has good thermal stability and heat preservation performance, apparent density, compressive strength and water absorption rate and greatly reduces the cost of the polyurethane rigid foam product.
