▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An aritificial articular cartilage material comprises polyacrylamide-sodium alginate-graphene oxide-hydroxyapatite composite hydrogel prepared by free radical polymerization reaction of graphene oxide and hydroxyapatite-modified polyacrylamide-sodium alginate hydrogel. USE - Aritificial articular cartilage material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aritificial articular cartilage material has excellent biological activity and favorable mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of artificial articular cartilage material, which involves preparing aqueous solution of graphene oxide nanosheets, sonicating, maintaining graphene oxide nanosheets at 10-50 degrees C, uniformly dispersing needle-shaped nano hydroxyapatite particles having particle size of 10-1000 nm in the aqueous solution of graphene oxide nanosheets while controlling water temperature at 10-80 degrees C, homogeneously mixing to obtain stable hydroxyapatite and graphene oxide mixed aqueous solution, and performing free radical polymerization using the mixed aqueous solution under anaerobic protection environment to synthesize polyacrylamide and alginate hydrogel material at 30-70 degrees C for 20-90 minutes, to obtain polyacrylamide-sodium alginate-graphene oxide-hydroxyapatite composite hydrogel.
