▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - 0-3 type composite piezoelectric material comprises ceramic phase piezoelectric material and piezoelectric polymer, where the ceramic piezoelectric material surface is. ADVANTAGE - The piezoelectric material: has more continuous transmission force, lifting effect and higher conductivity; reduces polarization difficulty of ceramic phase; and improves mechanical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for (1) preparing 0-3 type composite piezoelectric material, comprising (i) adding the ceramic phase piezoelectric material, graphene powder and proper auxiliary agent into wet ball mill, milling, drying, grinding, and sieving by 500 mesh sieve to obtain graphene/ceramic composite powder, (ii) dispersing the piezoelectric polymer in solvent, adding 0.01-1% of graphene powder, heating, stirring and mixing to obtain mixed material, and (iii) adding and stirring the products obtained in the step (i) and (ii) to obtain uniform slurry, and preparing the 0-3 type composite piezoelectric material; and (2) 0-3 type composite piezoelectric device, comprising the composite piezoelectric material.
