NOVELTY - Liquid electrolyte comprises 0.1-20 mol/l lithium salt and solvent. The lithium salt is lithium salt containing fluorinated hydrocarbon group or lithium salt containing fluorinated hydrocarbon group and existing lithium salt, and solvent is solvent for heteroatom-containing compound. USE - The liquid electrolyte is useful for high-voltage lithium battery, and secondary lithium-ion battery energy storage (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrolyte utilizes fluorinated hydrocarbon group-containing lithium salt which has low surface tension and can improve the wettability of the electrolyte to the electrode, reduces the effective current density and finally inhibiting the growth of lithium dendrites; heteroatom-containing compound in the electrolyte will change the orbital energy level of the anion through coordination or Lewis acid-base interaction, and ensures stable circulation.
