NOVELTY - Rapid detection of hydrogen peroxide of enzyme modified electrode comprises e.g. preparation of nitrogen-reduced graphene oxide (N-RGO): using water to dispersing the graphene oxide to obtain oxidized graphene dispersion liquid, adjusting the pH value of the oxidized graphene dispersion liquid is 8-9, adding urea in the dispersion at 100-150 degrees C, finishing reaction, purifying the product to obtain N-RGO, preparation of silver-copper oxide/N-RGO: using water to the N-RGO dispersion, N-RGO dispersion, adding N-RGO dispersion to copper sulfate to obtain N-RGO and copper sulfate mixed solution. USE - The method is useful for rapid detection of hydrogen peroxide of enzyme modified electrode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple; is economical; has high sensitivity and low detection limit; is environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Rapid detection of hydrogen peroxide of enzyme modified electrode comprises (1) preparation of nitrogen-reduced graphene oxide (N-RGO): using water to dispersing the graphene oxide to obtain oxidized graphene dispersion liquid, adjusting the pH value of the oxidized graphene dispersion liquid is 8-9, adding urea in the dispersion at 100-150 degrees C, finishing reaction, purifying the product to obtain N-RGO, (2) preparation of silver-copper oxide/N-RGO: using water to the N-RGO dispersion, N-RGO dispersion, adding N-RGO dispersion to copper sulfate to obtain N-RGO and copper sulfate mixed solution, mixing and adding sodium citrate and sodium carbonate and polyvinylpyrrolidone in the solution, adding N-RGO and copper sulfate glucose solution, lower at 80-100 degrees C until the solution is brick red, cooling to the room temperature, adding silver nitrate stirring into dark grey is brick red until the solution under the room temperature, separating and purifying to obtain the silver-copper oxide/N-RGO, (3) preparing obtained the step (2) silver-copper oxide/N- RGO modified on the glassy carbon electrode to obtain enzyme chemical of the rapid detecting hydrogen peroxide modified electrode.
