NOVELTY - A trans-porphyrin (I), is new. USE - New trans-porphyrin is used for manufacturing electrochemically reduced graphene oxide-porphyrin sensor e.g. bio-sensor for detecting dopamine and serotonin (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A trans-porphyrin of formula (I), is new. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) electrochemically reduced graphene oxide-porphyrin sensor, which includes graphene and trans-porphyrin (I); (2) preparation of trans-porphyrin (I), which involves synthesizing dipyrromethane using mixture of pyrrole and pentafluorobenzaldehyde, reacting dipyrromethane with aldehyde, and reacting obtained 2,12-bis(4-nitrophenyl)-7,17-bis(2,3,4,5,6-pentafluorophenyl)-21,22,23,24-tetraazapentacyclo(16.2.1.13,6.18,11.113,16)tetracosa-1,3,5,7,9,11(23),12,16,18(21),19-decaene with tin chloride dihydrate; and (3) manufacture of electrochemically reduced graphene oxide-porphyrin sensor.
