NOVELTY - Preparing flexible graphene high heat-conducting film comprises dispersing graphite oxide paste with solid content of 43 ± 5 wt.% in water, preparing into oxidized graphite suspension with concentration of at least 50 g, adding protonic acid to adjust pH to be 2-4; adding carbon source precursor in the graphite oxide suspension, stirring uniformly, performing high pressure homogenization treatment to exfoliate graphite oxide, and obtaining the oxidized graphene graphene the slurry viscosity is 100-300 Pa.s; defoaming the oxidized graphene slurry, coating on the surface of the flexible substrate, drying, peeling off the oxidized graphene film formed on the surface of the flexible substrate; carrying out irradiation treatment to the oxidized graphene film obtained by peeling, sequentially out carbonization treatment, graphitizing, and rolling for many times. USE - Method for preparing a flexible graphene high heat-conducting film for an electronic package i.e. fifth generation (5G) chip. ADVANTAGE - The method provides flexible graphene high heat-conducting film having high heat conducting coefficient and good flexibility.
