NOVELTY - Anode catalyst comprises graphene and molybdenum carbide. USE - Anode catalyst used in microbial fuel cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The anode catalyst is prepared in cost-effective and convenient manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing microbial fuel cell, which involves: (A) mixing graphene and molybdenum carbide to obtain anode catalyst; (B) treating carbon paper with 1mol/l of hydrochloric acid and 1mol/l of potassium hydroxide in distilled water for 1 hour; (C) mixing anode catalyst with the obtained product at room temperature for 20-24 hours; (D) connecting a copper wire with anode cell; (E) sealing the fuel cell with epoxy resin and curing agent; and (F) coating the sealed surface with polytetrafluoroethylene and cathode substrate at 115 degrees C at 1.1 megapascal for 2 minutes to obtain desired product.
