USE - Transparent conducting film. ADVANTAGE - The film requires simple and low cost preparation and provides better mechanical strength and flexibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of transparent conducting film comprising growing substrate in chemical vapor deposition reactor, introducing mixed carbon source and carrier gases, reacting at 900-1120 degrees C under 40-5000 kPa for 60 minutes, growing substrate on graphite film with 0.36-10 nm thickness until light penetration is 80-97% and surface resistance is 30-500 ohms per square, coating graphene film with transfer layer, dipping acquired combination of medium layer/graphene film/growth substrate to growth substrate corrosion solution, transfer printing at room temperature, and removing transfer layer from transfer layer/graphene film/carbon fiber substrate.
