▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Antifriction bearing bush coating comprises 5-10 wt.% of PTFE, 3-7 wt.% of tungsten disulfide, 6-28 wt.% of graphite, 1-5 wt.% of graphene, 2-4 wt.% of tungsten disulfide, 1-3 wt.% of carbon nanotube, 2-6 wt.% of corundum, 1-5 wt.% of silicon carbide, 1-3 wt.% of ceramics, 6-15 wt.% of titanium oxide, 5-8 wt.% of fluorinated graphite, 3-16 wt.% of fluorine-containing polyimide resin, 4-10 wt.% of epoxy resin, 3-20 wt.% of acrylic resin, 11-45 wt.% of N-methyl pyrrolidone and 8 wt.% of surface agent, where the coating has flash point of 120 degrees C and specific gravity of 1100 plus minus 60 g/l. USE - The antifriction bearing bush coating is useful for ship building and automobile industry. ADVANTAGE - The antifriction coating ensures good wear resistance, antifatigue strength and improved service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for coating on bearing bush comprising reducing friction in bearing bush, completely removing oil and dust using neutral degreasing agent, washing using water, drying using air compressor at high pressure, washing inner surface of the bearing provided with titanate activator using deionized water, drying, diluting using diluent in a ratio of 1:1-3, spraying, and coating, sintering at high temperature of 250-260 degrees C.
