NOVELTY - The plate has a light diffusing layer (110) arranged on a substrate (10). The light diffusing layer includes a polymer nanofiber (101) for diffusing a light which is emitted from outside. A cover layer (102) covers the polymer nanofiber, where the polymer nanofiber is composed of Fluorocarbon or graphene oxide in which a fluorocarbon-silane functional group is included, the cover layer is made of a transparent material, a poly-methylmethacrylate material, a polyvinylacetate material and a polyvinylpyrrolidone material. USE - LED lighting diffusing plate for an LED lighting apparatus. ADVANTAGE - The plate increases light diffusion property of a LED lamp, thus preventing glare of the LED lamp, and improves energy reduction effect of the LED lamp. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a LED lighting diffusing plate manufacturing method.
