▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-glass fiber composite material is prepared by coating graphene on the surface of glass fiber, connecting the surface of the glass fiber with the graphene sheet by Van der Waals forces and hydrogen bonding, and crosslinking the glass fibers through the graphene coated on the surface of glass fiber to form a twistless yarn, nonwoven fabric or a chopped strand mat. USE - Graphene-glass fiber composite material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-glass fiber composite material exhibits excellent mechanical property and conductivity, and can be prepared in a rapid and simple manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the graphene-glass fiber composite material, which involves: (1) ultrasonically cleaning the glass fibers in acetone, removing oil stains on the surface, and drying the glass fibers; (2) coating the surface of glass fiber with a graphene oxide dispersion liquid, and drying to obtain a glass fiber coated with graphene oxide; (3) immersing the glass fiber coated with graphene oxide in a solvent to swell the surface, then combining the fibers, and drying at a temperature of lower than 100 degrees C to form a twistless yarn, nonwoven fabric or a chopped strand mat; (4) reducing to obtain the product.
