NOVELTY - The present invention provides a reduction of graphene oxide and nickel oxide and silver nanoparticles as the structure of the organic solar cell of the hole transport layer, mainly comprising an anode layer, a layer of graphene oxide, a nickel oxide layer, a silver nanoparticle layer, an active layer, a cathode layer, and a layer of graphene oxide, a nickel oxide layer and a silver nanoparticles composed of stacked layers of a total hole transport layer; whereby innovative unique design, the present invention in a graphene oxide layer, a nickel oxide layer and a silver nanoparticles composed of stacked layers of a total hole transport layer instead pass the hole transport layer, it can increase the absorption of light, and has a high carrier mobility rate and chemical and physical stability of the more, and then make the structure of the present invention to achieve the lifting of solar cells by the photoelectric conversion efficiency.
