▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing photoelectrochemical immunosensor involves (a) fabricating silicon nanowire (NW) arrays by metal-catalyzed chemical etching, (b) performing high-speed spin-coating of load-enhancing materials on the silicon NW array, (c) preparing photoelectrode substrate and (d) modifying the antibody on the photoelectrode substrate. USE - The method is useful for preparing photoelectrochemical immunosensor for detecting myocardial injury marker (claimed).
